* For authors of submitted full paper, please note the fee is valid for the corresponding author. Co-authors will be charged the ‘Conference Guest’ registration if they attend the Conference.
– The fee is non-refundable if your paper is not selected for presentation or included in the Conference proceedings, or you can not submit the full paper.
– Please note that we can not process your full paper if the conference fee is not paid.
– There is a different fee rate for virtual attendance if participants can not attend on-site meetings in Hanoi: 300.000 VNĐ for Vietnamese researchers, and 35USD for foreign ones. Conference documents (pdf file) will be sent to participants.
* If your paper is accepted for publication in Scopus indexed journals, the author may pay another publication fee.
